I came in to fix a leak in a tire and was told it couldn’t be fixed (in spite of purchasing the tire package), and that I needed to spend $1000 on 4 new tires. Took it elsewhere and they patched it for under $30.

Jordan was great and I was completely satisfied with her service - however , I do want to say I was disappointed to hear that a problem I have with my trunk would over 1,000 to fix ( my car is 3 1/2) years old and I bought it from Hansel/you. Can’t imagine that I could be on the hook for something that should never go wrong this early. I declined to have it done now - she suggested I contact the service manager (maybe they’ll read this)Also, not sure if you ever gave a complimentary car wash with service, but I have NEVER got one, and I have the prepaid maintenance Toyota Care. Seems like the least you could do. Again, Jordan was great.

I had one dissatisfying issue. When scheduling my appointment on line, the quoted price for “any” oil change was 109.00. I was charged 129. I brought the price difference up and had to pay the 129.00 anyway
