Jordan, the service advisor, and Eric, the technican who worked with me on evaluating the apparent body mount squeak, were courteous and helpful. Also, Keith, who was driving the shuttle, was friendly and punctual. Only comment I can offer is to put up some obvious signage indicating that the line for customers is oriented opposite the entry doors, as the waiting area, located behind the service advisors, is counterintuitive.

Didn’t like the predatory sales tactic of your automated messaging system asking if I want to sell my car brought in for service.
Service visit was OK. Possibly the service tech should have asked how much I drive it before mentioning it will need a new battery next time because if I don’t drive it often it might need a new battery sooner And dead batteries are not fun. Other than that, service person Jonathan was personable and communicated well.
