Your staff is always on point in my experience. Jaime is personable and efficient. He has helped me before, not only in terms of facilitating a tune up but also in guiding me about upgrading my truck with parts like running boards. I would say that the people who work for your business are generally very positive and morale seems to be high.

First of all I was told I needed front and rear brakes last time I was there for service 5000 miles later I need front brake soon but rear brakes are good then they tell me my license plate lights are not working and they gave me a price of 70.00 + tax only one was bad it’s a 2 dollar bulb and 2 minutes to change that’s just wrong I can only imagine what you do to people that don’t know anything about cars. Very sad someone spends over 100.000 dollars with you and you treat me like this. The rule I go by in my business is a happy customer will tell one person and an unhappy customer 100 people. Jaime Negra-Saucedo made me feel welcomed and gave me piece of mind. I drive a wheelchair accessible van, I had taken my van to the Toyota dealer in Santa Rosa, CA for my previous maintenance services. At my last service in Santa Rosa the service manager told me they could not rotate my tires because they didn’t know how to lift my van. I mentioned this to Jaime and he immediately said they will figure it out and said if they had any questions they would reach out to VMI (business that installed my wheelchair ramp). He put my mind at ease. I also want to say the technicians work fast, I was only there for about an hour vs 4/5 hours I had to wait at the Santa Rosa shop for the same service. I’m extremely satisfied with Petaluma service and I will be going back from now on. Thank you!

Can't fault for systems being down but to try and give me a total number you're going to have me pay later without a breakdown is absurd. Then when breaking it down,the numbers didn't match up 3 different times when explaining. Then I get the call and the number still isn't what was agreed before walking out. Makes me feel like the cost of what you're charging is just being made up, especially when you're relying on my to make a payment without anything concrete to take with me.
