I asked several times during my service if they topped off all fluids, well they didn’t do the window washer fluid, I know this is not a huge deal , now I not sure if any of the other stuff was completed, just disappointed that your told yes all fluids were checked and good thing I looked under the hood. I hope they did do the oil change my worries

I’ve come to Hansel for 19 years for all my services. I feel that the prices for service have escalated to the extreme and that customer service has declined. As a customer for 19 years, good customer service would have been to offer me at least a small discount to show your appreciation for my loyalty.
