Brandon did an amazing job. I was traveling upstate from Los Angeles and brought my Escape in because the check engine light came on. I was nervous because I was far from home and unsure of what to do. Brandon made me feel at ease and assured me they'd be able to get the car fixed. Quicklane has become not so quick these days. It often takes anywhere from 2-4 hours to get in and another 1-2 hours to get the vehicle finished. Used to be faster. Other than this. Nice employees and good work.
