When you drive through the service bay with a need for help and end up with the service you expected and without any hitches during the process, you go away with a good feeling that JBF has done their work well. Thanks to my service writer, Gabriel, for taking care of my needs. Job well done.

For one thing, I am not ENRIQUE. I must have his old phone number. I am a female. I didn't have my car serviced by your team of mechanics. I don't understand why I keep getting phone calls for him. I wish I knew how to get a hold of him. Every day I get calls for him. You need to check for the correct phone number. Maybe he might have a different email address.
