My son took in my Prius for the works package. He was told a nail was in one of the tires and that 2 of the tires needed to be replaced. He wasn’t given a price on new tires or given the option to have them replaced at the same visit. My son is young but I’ve been a customer since 2007 the car is under my husband and my name. I would have gladly paid to have the tires taken care of. I’m sure Brandon assumed my son couldn’t afford to have tires replaced.
