Kaycee is and will always be my go to Service Rep at Jim Burke Ford.
My Truck had various issues requiring service when I brought it to Kaycee last week. I discussed them with her. She listened and took notes. Captured my concerns on her estimate and confirmed them with me, then shared the $ estimate. I gave her the key and walked away.
She communicated how it was going later that day, offered options on tires and adjusted the estimate accordingly. She quickly responses to my calls and texts and lets me know the status and the completion time as to when I can pick the truck up.
I like simple. Kaycee keeps my visits at Ford that way. I know she’s handling the complications of scheduling multiple tasks in various service department at Ford, searching for the best prices on tires and making sure my truck is washed before I pick it up. There’s a lot going on behind the scene that I don’t have to deal with. I know that. Kaycee’s an Angle. Please keep her loving her job. She is literally the reason I bring my Ford trucks to Jim Burke for service.

I feel completely taken advantage of with this situation. I had to beg to get out truck in with critical codes alarming. I was promised multiple different delivery times and none were met until I called and demanded some sort of customer service. I am not even convinced that the work that I paid $2500.00 on a truck with only 69,000 miles was even legitimate. I will never return to your establishment for service or to purchase a Ford product. If all I can expect is 69,000 miles before I have to put in $2500 in repairs even though we had all service as prescribed fine at your shop, I need to purchase a more reliable product. Also one that comes with a supportive staff who call clients and update them as to where they are at with their vehicle and any changes in time table for delivery. I only knew what was going on is when I tracked down Gabriel. It seems a shame to end our relationship this way after three card all bought and serviced through your shop, but I will not be treat this poorly and I will not purchase subpar products. Good bye Him Burke Ford and Ford all together @

The guys tried and results in the shop, are not typical of real life situation. The truck had been warmed for over an hour and in the shop. At my house, it takes about 10 minutes longer to heat the drivers side mirror, after the passenger side is cleared all ready.
