I'm consistently impressed with the customer service provided by Quick Lane. Matt is always helpful and efficient. However, this last visit I got my car back and a mechanic had left his plastic water bottle in the cup holder. I'd appreciate getting my car back as clean or cleaner than when I dropped it off, not with someone else's garbage inside.

We brought our Dodge truck in. At Dodge. We had to bring it in at 7 am and drop it off. There was no consideration that we were travel in an hour to get there. You guys let us male an appointment at the Quick Stop. Easy peasy! Also, you didn't lose the truck. Believe it or not, they did. Tokk over an hour to find it!!!
