Actually, ALL of your crew in the front office of Quick Lane are great. I arrive before 7am to get in first. Yesterday there was no line out front. I was in/out less than an hour. Good job JBF!

Unfortunately, I was told my alternator would need to be replaced and it was going to be $1100. Then I was told the alternator is covered under warranty. Two days later I was told it isn’t covered. I could care less about that, because when Matt called to inform me about my alternator he sounded unsure, as if something else was actually wrong with the car. Well fast forward to today and a second opinion later, Ford was wrong. It is in fact, NOT MY ALTERNATOR. My car has been serviced for other parts, the alternator tested fine. So much for trying to **** me of $1100 for something that would not have fixed the problem. The issue has now been fixed, and I will no longer be using your services. I don’t appreciate the customer service, especially when I’ve been nothing but generous in my public reviews of Jim Burke(which are now deleted). I thought I could buy a car and have it serviced with an honest and professional business. Unfortunately, I have a recall that will need to be repaired there, and I don’t feel confident doing that based on this experience. I’ve always tried to support local, however, my faith has me thinking otherwise.
