Although I had a 1:45 appointment, my truck was not pulled into a bay until after 2:15. And then the “clock” was not started for another 15 minutes. I’m not sure what purpose the clock serves but if it’s not started when the vehicle enters the bay I don’t see that it serves any purpose at all. On a positive note the staff was all very friendly and my truck is running great.
