It was fast service. The service advisor Molly was prompt and very courteous.
The lounge where we stayed was very comfortable. Thanks for extra outlets for our computers. It made waiting a good experience as both my husband and myself were able to Work, despite being at the Service center.
The center was clean. You know what we were missing? The popcorn at the sales area near the cafe. Lol. The pop corn machine was there but no popcorn.
Complimentary coffee is a bonus. Always appreciated it.

I had my car service today for all new tires installation and for fixing wheel bearing at passenger side. Paul was my service adviser who helped out for Steve. He was very friendly but not very thorough. He forgot to give me the paper for rental car. He forgot to call me when to pick up my car until I called him up. He said he did text me but I did not get anything. On my bill I found out I was charged for rental car that was a surprise but he explained that it was policy to charge rental car because I had 10% off from fixing wheel bearing then I came home to find tire pressure light’s in and I needed to go back for the check this weekend.
