Well i said to jer thyas who inwas schedule for and i jave questions about this service
I was originally scheduled in sept but i hit 5k before sept
Then randomly i was sent to barabra all she said was 5000k service was tire rotation and the normal inspection.
When i went to the new owners event it was discuss that the 5,000 miles is very important
To me it feels like it was a waste of my time and gas driving all thr way

And not Happy with service when shaine was even on vacation.
I called both numbers for a Cole Anderson in service operations...both of his numbers after I was told to call him after getting my car out of service...and no call back.
From what my daughter said the treatment at Toyota there on a girl friends car...Your dealership has a way of trying to cover things up.
I've had toyotas in my past, like 3 or 4 and this does not leave a good taste.
Even your car sales team on used cars the one time I had been looking at the Rave 4, blew smoke how they were dealing....my car was a year old from being new....giving me 16,000 or less would have been a total slap.
Now I have scratches from apparently your car wash, being they are not washed manually, and I need my car buffed out. My car when I first bought it June 19 maybe 2018...it had 107 miles, dirty inside and was always promised a detail from Mr Howard S...always told to call back the next week...hed talk to his supervisor...
