I already spoke with the service person- first time disappointed! The car seat position was changed not just moving it back ( not as upset with that) but also seat was lowered/ the maintenance message wasn’t cleared / the air conditioner was put on low ( why is this needed if the work is done on the outside??) the radio station was changed!!! I complained to the service person/ he apologized/helpful and courteous! I drive a long distance for service because I have usually received good service

Adams interactions were very good. However, the information that he gave me regarding the fuel tank was incorrect: he said plastic, and it was bladder Also, communication regarding ability to test gas sensor changed several times. Overall, his people skills are excellent. And he had a valuable suggestion which resolved the concern. I kbew he cared, and he acknowledged incorrect fuel tank communication as incorrect. I was very satisfied with the outcome, but repairperson- to him to me regarding ability sensor was not clearly communicated. Would certainly be happy to interact with him again he’s a great guy

My service advisor was micheal North I came to him with a few problems I had been having and throwing a lot of money at with no resolution ... he explained everything and took the time to listen and was completely dependable with his answers and trying to find the problem without breaking the bank ... we got the truck fixed and so far running great .. thank you Micheal ... excellent work and thank you for helping me with professionalism and caring .

The entire process from drop-off to pick-up was extremely professional. Molly was prompt, thorough, and considerate, which suggested she really understood and enjoyed her work. Additionally, she gave me a clear review of the extended maintenance plan and proactively scheduled my next appointment. I’m so impressed with this dealership, which offers several perks to their customers, including initial service programs, free car washes as part of the maintenance experience, free beverage while you wait, and informational briefings for new car owners.
