Steve went above and beyond. He told us that the technician only found one issue with our van and then he had to call back and let us know that there was actually something else wrong. He wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied and was very sorry for the error. To make it right he only charged us the cost for the parts, he didn’t charge the labor cost. We are very thankful and satisfied!

Alex did a great job. The only concern I have is about the mechanics using their own lug nut remover tool and what happens next time if they stripped the lug nut on my truck. Alex did a great job relaying this info and moving the maintenance along.

Paul was amazing. Very kind and funny and got me through my transaction quickly. However, while waiting for my service to be done i was having a coffee I was approached by a salesman who was absolutely relentless about me looking at cars and it was incredibly rude. He continuously talked to me while I had my headphones and and even after trying to tell him multiple times that I was only there for a recall and was not even remotely interested, he continued to persist until the point where I became incredibly frustrated and had to literally fake an emergency so that he would leave me alone. Again, Paul was awesome. Paul is cool.

when I got my car back the mats weren't down at all they're all thrown in the back there was parts from over and different parts of the car just thrown in the back nothing was put back in the gas tank was empty it was half full when I dropped it off there's also a wind visor on my hood that they took off and never put back on I was just in the back so I'm not very pleased and there's some new scratches I noticed when I got home on the move your mirrors on both sides that exact spot so I'm not real happy

Shane was very professional and I do appreciate the professionalism he greeted me with and the timely manner my vehicle was done with its service.
The only negative I have is with the car wash I don’t know the process but my windows were left dirty on the outside. And did not know because of my racks on my roof I may not have been able to get the wash.
