I have always received stellar service from Conner and request him each time I come to the dealership. Yesterday I unfortunately wasn’t able to check my car out with Conner due to his day off. Conner arranged for another rep to assist me with check out. From the moment I stepped up to the desk I felt as though I was a huge imposition. I was immediately passed off to another rep who had knowledge of Sunbit but ended up not. The rep acknowledged he didn’t know how to do Sunbit, became very dramatic about not being able to do it, stated that he would make Conner come down and do it himself and stated he hated Conner for leaving this for him. The rep never did get Sunbit to work and very loudly said I didn’t have the money in my account to make my card work, which was not the case. It was due to the daily POS daily limit. The rep finally said “ I don’t know what you want me to do about”? The entire experience was humiliating. I walked out of there in tears and I still have to go all the way back to Roseville to finish the transaction. This was not in anyway Conner’s fault. However, if I knew I couldn’t do business with Conner, I likely would go somewhere else. It was a very humiliating experience.

Our service advisor, Mr.Derek, was very good & fully satisfactory. The only more of dissatisfaction is the next service sticker, which incorrectly lists a mileage from the past as the next service marker. I would be happy to submit a photo, in case you wish to conduct further investigations to figure out the service technician who did not pay attention to detail.
