Explained to the service manager(Chris) that my parking brake doesn't hold on an incline, and that the brake shoes needed to be inspected and adjusted. Instead the tech only adjusted the cable (not the shoes, and did not remove the wheels and rotors to inspect the mechanism and shoes as requested). The parking brake still does not hold (no better than when I took it in). The only difference is I wasted a 45 minute drive from Grass Valley, an hour waiting, and $99 dollars. Extremely disappointed. Expected much better. Is that how YOUR vehicle would be treated at Roseville Toyota. Don't think so.

My experience was unpleasant. The lady who answered me was asking her about the service they gave my car when other people came in and she spoke with them to talk and She totally ignored what I was saying. Then the other people left and did not bother asking for an apology for the interruption.

I mentioned to Alexander and Payton that your dealership isnt very ADA friendly. Register car here, go there for service advisor, go there to pay for car, go there to sign off on the service, then get keys and go. They both made sure I didnt have to do any ok f that. Did paperwork, they had the car brought up, went and got the keys, put my leftovers in, my walker, etc. VERY HELPFUL.
