Once again, service is excellant, better than anticipated and work done is also very good. One thing I think what would help make the experience a little better is to offer to demonstrate how the installed equipment operates.
It took me a few minutes to figure out how the tri-fold cover works and how it might be removed if needed. Also, the rail system clips and how the future lumber rack supports are installed.
