Alexander was great at making sure my truck was completely taken care of I brought up a brake issue and he made sure it was taken care of. The only issue I had was having three different salesman approach me trying to upgrade my 2018 4Runner after I told them my truck was being serviced.

Paul is the best service rep you have. He always takes care of me. I am a return customer there because of him. He makes sure that I get proper discounts when they are appropriate and he makes sure I get the best deals for my money. Paul also makes sure that the job is done correctly the first time and I’ve never had to return. He goes out and checks on whatever my service is to make sure all is done well. I would not be able to find someone at a local auto repair shop that is as efficient as he is. I may pay more for some service than I would at a local shop, but Paul makes the extra worth it.
