Although the rep was very nice, I informed him of why our truck didn’t pass smog and it seemed to do nothing. We were just given a list of extremely expensive items to replace and what I said was completely ignored. It’s disappointing that we come to Toyota to help and just get charged $200 and no answers.

Sean was very courteous and professional. I was late to my appointment time but Sean assured me it was not a problem and got my truck in and serviced quickly and completely. He even went out of his way to find a replacement rear bumper bolt cover that had come off recently. That was fantastic. Job well done by Sean.

l did not see any itemized charges on the forms. I had to ask how much the wipers cost and I do not know how much the tire repair was or the cost of tire rotation. Your company should think about full disclosure regarding the billing. As I was leaving I decided to pull over and check to see if the cabin filter and air filter had really been inspected and passed inspection. I brought the dirty cabin filter in and asked the parts/Service agent if he felt it should be replaced. He did not know the inspection standards used but did admit that it was dirty enough to be replaced. I bought a new one and installed it myself. This is not the first time this has occurred. I do not trust your technitions when it comes to the check list that I am provided. I left the dirty cabin filter with the parts/Service agent and asked that he give it to the agent who filed the work order because I could not find him. Perhaps he was on lunch break. The people I interacted were courteous and hard working. The issues I have are with your billing procedures and false information provided by your technicians.

I had to ask for service coupon for brakes be applied, rather than bring told of the special and having it automatically applied. Also, I requested a car wash and although my car was there all day while I was at work, it was not washed.
