Every time I take our 2019 4Runner TRD Pro for service here, I’m told that they can’t wash it because of the roof rack. The roof rack comes with the 2019 TRD Pro! It’s a factory roof rack and I bought the vehicle from the dealer with it already on...! Last time, even though we explained this, you didn’t wash our vehicle stating on the invoice that we declined in order to save water (which was jot the case at all). This time around, you said you would wash it and still returned the vehicle to us all dirty. I think I’ll probably take our business to another toyota dealer if this continues.
