If he has any doubts about what I I am describing, he comes out to personally check my vehicle, and even fixed my AV system, something so simple, which kept me from waiting needlessly at the dealership for hours. He is the best service agent I have had!

When I first arrived and saw the huge line of cars in front of the service center, I was worried that my oil change and tire rotation would take a long time. After parking my truck, I was directed to Michael Webster to go over the details of the service. Michael was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He told me that he expected the work to take approximately 1.5 to 2 hrs which worked perfectly with my schedule. I left to run some errands and received a call and text from Michael 1.5 hrs after drop-off notifying me that my truck was ready. Michael went over my service and recommended spark plug change and cabin air filter change. I didn’t have time or money to handle it on the same day, but I definitely plan to come back to have it done in the near future. Michael answered some various questions for me about my truck and was very pleasant to speak with. My truck was filthy when I dropped it off and I love the added bonus of having it washed after the service was done. This place is great and employees like Michael Webster make me look forward to my next appointment. I know the quality of work that’s done here is going to be excellent and I never feel like I have to second guess whether everything was done correctly. This was my second time coming to Roseville Toyota Service Center and both times have been a wonderful experience. Thank you for the quality service, reasonable prices, and friendly employees.

I had an appointment that i was on time for......tire rotation and added carwash.....after 2 hours I inquired about status by text.....no prompt reply....asked advisor in person at the desk and found apparently service was completed, but i was not texted (we advised that we would be waiting at dealership) or notified.......at kiosk outside it took several more minutes for car to be delivered to us. 2 hours plus for an appointment that has NEVER, In the 12 years we’ve been customers, have we waited so long! Hope next time will be better!
