It should have been explained your appointment practices I had a 1:00 appointment and my car was still sitting in the lot to be repaired after 3:00. What is the point of making an appointment . I was told when I dropped the car off it would be ready around 4. It was after 5 before my car was done. When asked I was told the apt. Is just a drop off time . That is ridiculous I can understand some delay if the car ahead had unexpected problems but over two hours before my car was taken into the shop and another two + hours before it was done. I am not use to this type of service from your dealership .

You guys called me for service appt, made it at 10am on Saturday. Since it was an appt and girl who called said it would not take more than an hour we made plans with friends to go on the lake at 11. After 12 pm when we were asking how much longer and Paul told us they were just putting the oil in. It was only an oil change? What were they doing for 2 hours! So I gather appts don’t mean anything?!

Couldn't believe how ridiculously high the cost of an oil change was. She originally quoted me $101. I have always trusted John L Sullivan's dealership but this will be the last time I take it there. I got out for $87 by agreeing to no tire rotation even though I bought my car there so technically bought my tires from you!!! Greed proliferates........
