The service representative today was excellent. He was clear and thorough . Unfortunately in a prior appointment a different representative sold me a maintenance package that duplicated the maintenance package purchased with my vehicle. I was informed I have to call Toyota financing to correct the situation leaving me very unhappy about this poor practice. I cannot recommend Roseville Toyota when this type of shady practice occurs.

The driver who pick me up was on his way back to the office. His day ends at 4pm yet, he picked me up at 445pm . His commitment to his job, professionalism and courtesy was a pleasant surprise to me especially when individuals are not recognized for going the extra and this is exactly what the driver did. I feel he should be recognized and compensated for going the Extra Mile. Employees like him make Toyota Look Good????

Molly was very attentive and thorough advising me with the service. She even wen the extra mile to find me during her coffee break to remind me about the free drink and when she was told I needed brakes, she found a coupon for me to help me get the cost down.
