I appreciate the fact that everything was taking care of that needed to be done, however while waiting for my vehicle there were no one at the Valley’s station and some chick claim she was ahead of me, when she was not, that’s my only complaint, thanks to Christ, he did a good job!!

Peyton was an agreeable young man. My main concern was that he communicated an expectation to me that I would have the car back by Wednesday. He also said that I would hear from him by Tuesday. When I called on Wednesday I found out that he would not be back until Saturday I was a little angry with him. My customer service rep told me that someone would call me back, but no one ever did on Wednesday. Finally, Chris give me a call and let me know what was going on. I appreciated that he told me he would talk to Payton. My suggestion is that Payton needs to work on his communication skills. Setting expectations to a customer is very important.
