Every 6 month I take my vehicle to this place to do inspection. I do not put many mileage on my vehicle. On average 500 miles each month. So, every 6 months let’s say 3000 miles as total. Each time per their advice I get my oil and filters changed. Regardless of mileage. Last tine I got a coupon to do all services fir $0.99. I used this coupon this time and once they saw it I was told by the guy at counter that you don’t need filters because it needs to be changed every 25000 miles, you don’t need oil change because it needs every 8-10k to be changed. Just will do inspections this time. So, what about all these 3 years being your customer and get all those guys changed regardless of mileage. Very disappointed, very unhappy. I felt I was fooled all the times I have been there. So shady about all services. I lost all my trust to this place

It took a long time to get the needed services completed. I could have been advised earlier abt the time or offered a rental or the least a shuttle service. The people were polite and Melissa was very helpful and even offered food for my son at the deli. She was awesome and followed up on the car for me a couple of times.
