Adam is my “Go To” man. He keeps me informed about the status of my car and what needs to be done. I don’t have to wait long for him to call me back when I leave messages or have questions. No matter how fuggly I come in to pick up my car or visit him, Adam treats me with respect and great customer service. He works with me when I have a tight money issue and let’s me know what I may expect when I come back for the 3000 mile check up. I have never gotten that with other dealers repair shops. Even the women who took my appointment for the service maintenance is courteous and treated me with great customer service as well. This is the reason I will stay with Roseville Toyota for as long as I have my car and for future sales.

I’ve been loyal to Toyota the past 15 years and loyal to Scion/Toyota the past 3 years! Love them!
However, yesterday was the first time I experienced a “rush” that had me waiting more than 2 hours for a maintenance routine, 30 mins for a battery change and 25 mins to check our after I got a call that my car was ready. Luckily I was sent over to a back up register / cashier for a quicker turnaround.. Then, I get to my car and the car isn’t washed and I realize I didn’t get a new appointment scheduled :( I had plans to be somewhere else, so I didn’t have the time to go back it. Like I said, love Toyota, but that was the first time I experienced a not-so-efficient appointment.
