I am extremely pleased that Toyota did the right thing and provided a firmware update for entune 3.0 incorporating Apple’s CarPlay into my 2018 Camry XLE.
I was terribly disappointed with the Scout Navigation App in this vehicle but I am very happy that I can now use CarPlay in my vehicle.

I brought my car in for an issue with my breaks. After talking on the phone once with the rep assigned to my car I was not satisfied with the results. I called back to get a little more information and was told the person I was calling for was not in (Jim) but someone named Steve was in his place. I left multiple messages for Steve and no called. I called again was sent to his voicemail 2 more times when I called and asked for him. Turns out he wasn’t there, Jim was. I left THREE different messages for Jim to call me and never got a call. Finally after having my car at Roseville Toyota for 11 hours I went and picked it up. Jim claims he received no messages and the service was never completed on my car. I have been a loyal Roseville Toyota customer since I got my very first car. After this experience I will not be returning to Roseville Toyota for my vehicle or any future purchases.
