Molly truly enhanced my experience at Toyota today. When I arrived and asked an unnamed sales associate for help, he pointed me in the wrong direction, telling me to wait in an incorrect area for the Valet staff. Since I'm currently in a walking cast, I knew there was no way I could stand outside aimlessly and felt he was just trying to shew me away. I felt invisible and was nervous to leave my vehicle, assuming all of the staff at Roseville Toyota would treat me with the same impatience and dismissiveness. Once I was checked in and introduced to Molly, my entire mood changed for the better. She was positive, humorous, and extremely professional. I asked questions about my vehicle's upcoming service and she explained everything thoroughly in layman's terms. When my vehicle was ready, I was sad to find out Molly was unavailable because she had just began her lunch break. I wanted to thank her for her excellent service and ensure she knew how appreciative I was of her. Then, as I began to walk toward my car, I saw her. She thanked me for coming in and made me feel valued; a 180° from the experience I had with the first staff person I encountered. Thank you so much Molly for all of your help! Because of you, I'll be back for my next oil change...but only if you're there!

I called today in desperation looking for tires after dealing with another business. I talked with the fire specialist George and he assured me they could do that and an alignment today. He even said he would meet when I drove up. True enough when I showed up five hours later he was there waiting for me. He handed me off to Jon who was great. They did everything they said they would and washed my car. I am impressed as I have had bad experiences with Toyota dealers in Oakland and Auburn. Well done!

I stopped coming to Roseville Toyota for service because every time I picked up my vehicle. It was dirty had black stains on arm rests and on the door. This time my vehicle was clean.
