Derek was very knowledgeable and went into great detail regarding the service to be provided. After completing all the work and explaining everything I drove off in my truck and noticed that the check engine light was on. Told Derek and he ran my vehicle back to to the service department where they quickly found a pinched hose and corrected it. Excellent service and customer service.

My 25k miles service should've taken about an hour to complete. Granted the found a nail in my tire and offered to fix it. Then I was told it would take about another hour because the mechanics were going on their tunch break. That turned into an hour and a half. So my service took a total of 2 1/2 hours. Lastly when they the vehicle is ready after waiting 2 1/2 hours, I still had to wait for my truck to get washed then brought to me.
