There were streaks both inside and out after the Cilajet application. We had to ask the service department to take it back and smooth it out. We paid to have the product professionally applied (by hand per the advertisement) and it appeared to be done quickly and hap-hazardly.

Steve was wonderful and very helpful. What I didn’t appreciate is being bombarded by sales people while trying to get a coffee while I wait for my car to be serviced and being told by two separate sales men that I am unAmerican because I paid off my car and no longer have a car payment. I have a pretty good sense of humor but that was very inappropriate.
