I called in the morning. Spoke with a Bianca or Blanca...I said I had an appt for my newer sienna and asked if I could bring my older sienna instead..she said she didn’t know, took my number and said a service advisor would call me if that was okay...no one ever called me back. That was disappointing.. Went to Toyota anyway and the service advisor didn’t hassle me and said it was no problem. Waited until 6pm for my car. Long wait for just an oil change. Otherwise, everyone is nice and professional as always.

The service team was wonderful to work with as they were polite, professional with great customer service. They were also able to calm my nerves after going through your rude almost harassing sells men as they told me my car was smoking (it wasn’t but it made me panic with my son in the car) and proceeded to tell me that my dash lite was on saying i needed to upgrade (obviously not true but added to the stress since I just bought it a few months ago). If it wasn’t for your great service team today I would probably never go back there. Thank you Barbara and the rest who helped me today.
