I usually spend about an hour there but today I was there for 2 1/2 hours before I drove out. I was given two free car wash vouchers for having to wait for so long before my vehicle was brought to me. Michael was great. He explained everything to me about issues with my vehicle. But I don’t understand why it took so long to replace my cabin filter.
