I pointed out a concern about some factory blemish issues with the paint and clear coat on hood and fenders. Im not sure if those issues were brought to the attention of management to see about having them fixed. I was told pictures would be taken and reviewed by management for authorization to repair.

Michael was fantastic! However, there are 2 other things. 1) I couldn't even sit and enjoy a cup of coffee without being hassled by car salesmen as they walked past my table. There were 2 in particular who wouldn't go away until I got up and moved back by the gift shop.2) We were told that my husband's front brakes were down to 1 mm on the pads. We just had those brake pads and rotors done less than a year ago at Les Scwabb. We are going to take the vehicle in for an inspection there and see if that's correct. I hope that this is true for the sake of Roseville Toyota, and that your company is being truthful.
