Cory was very nice and pleasant to deal with. In fact, Cory won me over for future service work on my two vehicles. Nice, clean dealership. Also, the two other employees I had contact with were very pleasant. I can’t say the same for my previous Toyota dealership, where I was a customer for over 35 years.

Simply put, Mike is an All Star. From the moment I arrived until the time I returned to pick up my Highlander, Mike’s customer service was exemplary. He immediately diagnosed what was causing the unusual noise with my engine as soon as he started it up. He facilitated getting me a car rental while my water pump was replaced. He kept me posted throughout my experience and gave me the option of replacing my drive belt and front and back brakes without pressuring me. I honestly have never had a better customer experience at a dealership, which is why I’m taking the time to respond to this survey, something I never do. Mike is personable, friendly and comes across as sincere and honest. Do yourselves a favor and don’t lose this guy; he’s probably your best employee.
