Michael was very good and thorough. One comment is that I was offered (by my initial greeter) and confirmed by Michael a complimentary car wash which wasn't done. Not the end of the world, but don't offer if you're not going to do it. This has happened several times in the past at Roseville Toyota .

I believe that Jon Pepper was straight with me about the work that needed to be done to properly maintain my 2000 Tundra. I never felt like Mr. Pepper was trying to up sell me on service that I didn’t need. It’s an old truck, but I love it. When it gets unreasonable to maintain, I’ll purchase a new Toyota truck.
