I am always amazed when we go to Toyota for service. It is so huge and has sap many employees. The customer is meant to feel like they are the only customer and all the employees are working to make our day the best ever. Everyone is always polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Austin was the ideal employee—she seemed to be someone we had known for a while and she certainly knew her job. The next time I am helped by a rude uncaring employee, I’m going to come and hang out with all of you and see how financially successful their company would be. Almost makes me feel like it’s fun day...except for having to pay for services. ????
