I asked Jason to inform me before service was done in the event it wasn’t covered by the warranty. Before I knew it he called me to inform me the car was done, the fix was not covered under warranty & charged me $189.00 for something I could have done at home. I am infuriated with the level of unprofessionalism and manipulation. I will never bring my vehicle back to Roseville Toyota. I shall be reimbursed for their mistake.

I was told twice I was there on the wrong day in spite of text and email confirming that day. I was told Mirai mechanic wasn’t available until later in the day in spite of of a confirmed appointment. I was told it was going to take a long time but wasn’t offered a rental unless I used my Mirai rental which are for fuel shortages. I was told the problem was repaired. When I got off the freeway the problem came back. I now need to make a second trip when H2 stations have been down for 3 weeks.
