Michael did a wonderful job of getting the car in and out quickly. Since I was traveling that was very important to me. The tech was correct. Since replacing the gas cap, I have not had any further issues. The car made the 800 mi journey home safely.

No they don’t ever wash my vehicle. They are always to busy or the machine is broken. When I purchased my vehicle I was told they wash it after service. That has only happened one time. The very fist time. I can get an oil change any where.

I feel I was ripped off. Paid over $400 for a seat belt buckle and to be told my 4wd is broke. After being told it could be fixed for $300.00. Learned my lesson, never go to a dealership for maintenance. Customer service was great but can’t help not feel taken advantage of.
