Shane was able to research and find information relating to my 2006 Avalon that was not related information giving to me by the dealership that I brought the car from just by giving him some information that I goggled about the car that's better than good customer service its reliable customer service Shane really cared give him a RAISE He represents Toyota service WELL!

You should really have ALL employees in contact with customers who are masked wear masks. I had a mask on but my finished car was delivered to me by an unmasked person who was inside my car breathing in it and touching my steering wheel and gear stick. Not cool.
