To be honest I don’t know why he’s not some kind of department manager there at Roseville Toyota! He is very knowledgeable at what he does and also does it with the best customer service that I’ve been around. He is the reason I will come back there and the reason I will recommend my friends and family to Roseville Toyota. Please give him a raise. He deserves it. I am a really picky person and that being said those words are true and thank you for employing good people. God Bless

Alex went above & beyond with his service to me he checked my battery & found it was failing he had it replaced & it was under warranty he couldn't get it the day of service so he offered to have someone pick up my car the following day from my work & return it when the battery was changed thats above & beyond service

There was no post inspection. There is a large chip on my hood that has a white smudge next to it that was not there before but no one noted anything. The entire from clip was replaced with a new one and that was the area that this chip was found. It's large and would have been noticed before with a car that has 800 miles on it
