Cris Martinez was at lunch some other guy rushed me and said that the a/c did not not work well if at all in the backseats of my 2018 Rav 4 hybrid and he was right it’s terrible and I’m in 100 degree wx in Sacto area and people or dogs in back seat very Uncomfortable. Now I will get rid of a vehicle I love and I’d i had known that when I bought it I never would have do now I’m selling it as soon as I can find a decent suv hybrid that cares about family in the back seat. We tested my guys 2019 rav 4 his air in back is terrible also you just lost 2 customers

Lacey Payton set my appointment, I was disappointed at the process as I had made her aware that i was on my lunch break and needed to get my car service. I specifically told her that I have be back at my work by 12:45pm, but when I got my text from her that my vehicle was ready it was 12:50 pm. Once I completed signing my paper work, i was told by the valet that I was given the wrong paper for another vehicle (a RAV4) which was not my vehicle and thus prolonged my stay once more. I asked that my car was not given the complimentary car wash to save time for me head back to work, however she miscommunicated the information to the team which resulted to my car having to spend more time at the shop. Bottom line, she didn’t pay attention to detail and I was over my lunch break at work. She provided me with the wrong information on my receipt and gave me the wrong vehicle report details. It’s imperative that given experience at the shop, I will not be taking my car serviced at Roseville Toyota
