I am extremely dissatisfied with my service. This weekend I brought my car in for its routine maintenance. I knew that there was an issue with the air filter as I checked it the day prior and noticed that there were foreign objects in there. Since I knew I was taking my car in for maintenance the next day I chose not to do anything about it as I believed the dealership would handle it. I was sadly mistaken. Although they assured me several times that they checked the air filter, when I got home and checked myself it was not cleaned! What other things did they NOT do that they assured me was completed?! This is the second time service wasn't done as expected. This will definitely be the last.

Kyle was fantastic , it would have been great if his other teammates were able to make the same effort. Kyle was always communicating with me and updating me on the status of my vehicles .... his team fell short in this area ... Kyle your great keep up the great work ... also my wife paid $320 to have her car detailed 2 days prior to the appointment and when we got it back there was oil all over the car inside and outside and oil foot prints all over the running boards ... the seat and mirrors were way out of place and the radio was on a different channel .... not a great experience for us .. thank God for Kyle and his professional attitude or it would have been even worse .. Kyle 5 stars ... the rest of the company ... O stars
