Kyle called me with an update and estimate for repair. He did say that they weren’t sure what the problem was but that they would have to break down the moor and it would cost $7600. I told him that the car wasn’t even worth the much then he said he would double check on a few things. He called back and then had a diagnosis which would then cost $3000. So after I said that I wasn’t going to pay $7600 the price magically dropped $3600. How can an estimate go from $7600 to $3000. Kyle said that he had miscommunicated the first time or something like that. I asked him who gave him the report for repairs the first time. I just lost a lot of confidence when the estimate varied from $7600 to $3000.

Jim was very helpful and gained my trust after explaining all the necessary work that needs to be done on my car. I didn't feel pressured but he informed me on the essential things I should have done in the future. I was so grateful for his patience but all the people at roseville Toyota are wonderful. I was quoted one price but was charged for another . He also told me that my military discount was not honored at your location. I came in a For a simple oil change but received a call stating the technician was unable to to put my oil pan back on because it was broken. When I brought my car in it was not broke. I have came to this location many times for an oil change and all of a sudden my oil pan mysteriously broke. I am unhappy.

First - no shuttle Second- I was told I would be getting an oil change then later when I picked it up it wasn’t done because it wasn’t the time yet. Third- When checking in I was asked if I wanted a car wash. When car brought out I noticed it wasn’t done. I inquired about it and was given a rain check because the car wash was broken. I should have been informed of items 2 and 3 upon checkout not have to inquire myself.
