I came in for repair of a window seal and routine maintainable. When I arrived at my appointment I remembered I needed to check breaks, replace rear wiper blade and check recall on sliding doors. Austin helped me with all my needs. I was able to ride with the mechanic concerning the squeaking breaks. He listened to my concerns as we drove around the lot trying to replicate the sound. In the end your service department authorized a warranty replacement. I also went ahead and had the cabin air filters replaced. Now my van is in tip top shap and all up to date. My van no longer makes the squeaking sound. I am very appreciative of your help and patience. Thank you very much, Vena S

When I set the appointment I told the lady that I had just purchased the vehicle a month ago and I wanted to get the oil changed and have it looked over for any service that it needed. The previous owner had all service done at the dealership and I wanted to keep the service record going. I inquired about a coupon that the Folsom dealer had going for $29.99, she said that the dealerships are not connected but they would honor the price. She even went as far to detail the work that would be done, oil change, full inspection of the brakes, tightening of nuts, tire rotation and a wash. All sounds great and she sets the appointment for me. I get to the dealership and the check in process was great, very pleasant and professional. I explain that I just had the windows tinted a hour ago and they made a note to make sure that no one rolled down the window and took care when they washed it. I was turned over to the service rider and I presented the coupon and explained what I want to have done. He asked if I wanted the brakes inspected and tires rotated and I said yes. I'm under the impression that it's part of the deal. I'm informed that they're running behind and the appointment would be a hour and a half. Ok, fine, no big deal. I received a call stating the car was almost done and they suggested a new cabin and air filter, I just ordered them from Amazon so I declined and that there was damage to the hub cap. I stated that I had planned on replacing the wheels at some point to just put that one back on. When I go to pay I find out that I had to pay a additional $30 for the brake inspection and rotation? I pay, not to happy with the deal. I just had my other vehicle have the exact same oil change, brake inspection and rotation done at Big O for $30 last week. I came to the dealership to continue the maintenance record. I figured, hey you got screwed but at least the car is in perfect shape, no additional work needed, move on. I go out to the valet to get the car and here it comes missing the hub cap all together? It's not even in the car. I ask the service rider what is going on
He goes back into the shop and comes back with the broken hub cap and says it won't go back on
The tech told him he doesn't know how it stayed on. I've had this car for a month commuting from Roseville to Elk Gtove and run it through the car was twice a week with no problems. Now it's so broke that it can't be put back on? I inquired about just buying a replacement and it was over a $100? I was expecting a higher level of service from dealing with the dealership in work and pricung, I was wrong. My parents have bought 2 Highlanders and have them maintained there and are who recommended me. I definitely didn't have the great experience that they have had.

Derek Adams was fine. I have no complaints about him at all. He was cordial, and did his job. I am less thrilled about the service. For about the 10th time in a row I have locked my glovebox, only to be told that my cabin air filter was dusty. I just replaced it last month. There is no way it was checked, unless they used a key to unlock it, then relocked it. Why say it was dusty if it was never checked? Makes me doubt the quality of my $95 oil change. The line organization to check in is also ridiculous. You had several unhappy customers in line today, to include me. The cumulative effect of the same problems every time I come there now has me exploring other options for my two Toyota vehicles. I also find it ridiculous that I have oily hand prints all over my drivers side door whenever my car is done from service. Your valets do am amazing job checking for scratches when I drop it off, but don’t even give it a glance when the service is done. Your quality has been slipping lately. Time for some changes.

My service advisor was perfect.
Issue with service, they refused to wash the vehicle said they didn't want to hand wash it and it wouldn't fit through the car wash. The truck has the coating on it and shouldn't go through the car wash anyway.
Other issue was with the salespeople while we waited. Here's my comments made publicly online: Eek. At the Toyota dealership now for warranty work on the tundra. This *employee* 'Sam' is pushy as hell trying to sell cars to customers simply waiting for an oil change. Perhaps the look on my face let's them know I won't be as kind or patient with them as some of the others in here have been. Definitely not the way to get me to be a customer here again. My gosh some of these guys come across slimy as hell.
If we didn't have the prepaid maintenance package with our vehicle we wouldn't ever be back.
