My car was done in a timely fashion, I had to use of a rental, and everything went smoothly as usual. Cayden In the rental department and Steve my service manager were very nice and helpful today.

They didn't do everything they said they would. I understand they couldn't do one thing but they didn't change or offer to change my cabin filter during the oil change. They were supposed to wash my vehicle and did not, they said 2 hours and it was 2 and half. You guys charge more then other companies but do less for what you charge. The other company I go to check and advise me different things that need to be done during the oil change and ask if I want it to be done or not but at least I have an option. I am just so very dissatisfied with Toyota they don't have the customer service that they once had.
