They misplaced my car. Actually they put my Keys on the wrong hook and couldn’t find my car. It was 103 yesterday. I was waiting by the kiosk. Instead of asking me which key was mine they had me outside waiting while they tried to figure it out. Instead they should’ve just asked. It was annoying that no one wanted to take accountability. However I do appreciate a free wash ticket I was given, but it was hot, they should’ve just said “hey we put your key on the wrong hook can you tell us what your keychain was or can you point it out.” I went up to them to say hey my Keys are right there. 5 people already came up and got their vehicle. Why are my Keys just sitting there. AFTER I pointed it out it was acknowledged that they couldn’t find my car. But we could’ve skipped all that time in the heat if they just would’ve asked. That was my only tiff. Again I appreciate the professionalism of the one young lady who brought me the wash voucher. That was very classy of her.

My point of contact was Cory Lunsford. What an absolute LEGEND! The first time I was car shopping at the Toyota-Roseville in the Roseville Automall my clinical social anxiety and PTSD were really peaking and I felt personally attacked. I never wanted to come back to what I considered car hell. Cory and his team single-handedly changed my mind about Toyota. He took care of me and was super efficient and y’all at corporate Toyota don’t deserve him because he is just too ICONIC! Hallelu for Cory and his team. They really out here. Can’t wait to schedule my next maintenance. CAN I GET A NON-DENOMINATIONAL AMEN?!?!?
