Sidino Tocci was amazing. The shuttles we not able to run due to Covid-19. He was able to get my car serviced quickly, while I waited. After my first visit to Putnam Burlingame service department, I’m a forever customer! Sidino Tocci was the person who came to my car with his checklist. His outstanding customer service and kindness really had a huge impact. I was sort of stunned when I left and went to the car to where my mom was waiting to take me home and said, “wow, this guy was unreal!” she said, “Maybe he owns the place and is working at the counter”.
