From the beginning Jeremy was so calm cool and collected. I had a bad experience 5 years ago at a Mazda dealer in Southern California and haven’t been to a dealer since. I did have to get some recalls done so I had to take the plunge and get it over with I thought. As soon as Jeremy greeted me, he was incredibly my warm and approachable and made me feel like I was taken care of. He didn’t even hesitate to get me a loaner car or answer my questions. The whole process was explained upfront and going through the process it was incredible swift and exactly how he explained it to be!
