The only thing is that Jeremy forgot that he was supposed to call me with the status of the parts (if they arrived) before he left for the day and didn't pass the info to Arian, so we were left guessing and just decided to drive from our home in San Francisco so we could be closer to Burlingame. As it happened, we were pro active as no one called us to tell us our car is ready we kept calling Jeremy's number than finally called the service number. Good thing we did. We were told we had to be at Putnam in 40 minutes to get our car. We were in Daly City and got there within 25.
